Hotel Sebatikel is not a hotel (despite the name).

It’s a renewables-powered sanctuary tucked between desert and sea. A place to disappear into, golf ironically and lounge with conviction.

Everything is built from rammed earth, because we like our buildings like we like our personalities: heavy, grounded and thermally stable. We may be brutalist in appearance, but we believe true luxury is in the understated. Like how cool it stays inside at noon. Walls are thick. Windows are fixed. Bugs can’t get in, and neither can unnecessary conversation.

And wind? We don’t know her.

The forms are low and tight. Not because we’re shy, but because cyclones are not a metaphor. Our architecture is basically introverted, much like our founders. Minimal exposure for maximum survival.

Whether you’re coming for wellness, or just really good ceviche, Hotel Sebatikel is for the people who understand that comfort isn’t about how much you add, but how little you need.

What We Offer

Nine private suites, because we believe space is the most extravagant form of luxury. Designed for rest. Calm palettes, sunrise views, and nothing that blinks or buzzes.

Troba, our restaurant, serves what we grow in our own biodynamic garden, we source the rest nearby and serve it like it matters.

DBL TRPL™, our signature nine-tee, single-green course. It’s short but emotionally complex. Clubs provided. Bring your strategy.

Wellness Pavilion to sauna, cold plunge, circuit or pretend to read the book you packed.

Club Sebatikel, our limited membership, comes with curated experiences, exclusive access, priority bookings and privileges across Hotel Sebatikel - accommodation, dining, events and partnerships.

How We Work With the Land

We plant what belongs here. We compost what’s left. We use solar power because the desert gives us more sun than we can store. Water stays in the ground until we need it. And when we do use it, we carefully treat it and reuse it to regenerate the landscape.

Our gardens feed the kitchen. Our waste feeds the gardens. Glass becomes sand - yes, you could be taking your next pot bunker shot from last night’s wine bottle. Single-use plastics have no part in our procurement.

The design is solar-passive. Not because it’s trendy, but because it works. The spaces are sensory-friendly, neurodivergent-considered and built for anyone who prefers the lights turned low, turtles included.
