Hotel Sebatikel has officially lodged its Development Application (DA), marking the beginning of Exmouth’s first new hotel-scale resort development in more than 20 years.

Set against five hectares of secluded Crown land in Exmouth, on the fringe of the Exmouth Gulf marine park and positioned at the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Nyinggulu, the project brings a rare combination of sustainable luxury, design-led hospitality and measurable environmental impact - with a rare kind of aesthetic restraint - to one of Australia’s most in-demand destinations.
