The six

The whole of Hotel Sebatikel.‍ ‍Yours for four nights.

Nine suites.

Up to 22 guests.

Five hectares of waterfront.

Six buyouts a year, and not one more.

The Resort and Accommodation

Nine suites. One party.

Nine suites, arranged so that everyone has somewhere to retreat to and everyone can find each other when they want to. Between them: nine Super King beds and four King Single bunk beds, sleeping up to 22.

The bunk beds are for the children, not strictly. Adults are welcome to them, too.

Golf carts, on the house

The resort is five hectares, and your suites are not all next door to the amenities. Complimentary golf carts are yours for the stay, for getting between suites, the Wellness Pavilion, the terrace, the court and the pool without anyone having to lead a march.

The Club Lounge, unlimited

The Club Lounge is open to your party, privately, all day. There's no one else to share it with. Use it however you like.

Transit and Exploration

Arrive, and leave (maybe)

We collect you from Learmonth Airport, with champagne on arrival. Leaving is the difficult part, so we've planned for it. When it's over, we drive you back to the same airport to make sure you actually get on the plane.

CONVOY, YOUR WAY

For the length of your stay, a private fleet of four Lexus GX 550 vehicles is at your disposal for exploring the region. Take the long way. Take the wrong turn. The keys are with you.

TRY TO GET LOST

Every guest gets a bicycle, and town is less than 1.5 kilometres from the resort. There is essentially one main road, so getting lost takes real commitment. We’d like you to try anyway. Ride in, find a coffee or a pizza along the way, and ride back pleased with yourselves and no better informed.

The Wellness Pavilion

The Wellness Pavilion is yours alone for the whole stay. No queue. No one else's towel.

Inside:

Infrared sauna
Hot & cold mineral plunge pools
A dedicated recovery room
A fitness centre fitted out with premium Pent equipment and reformer pilates
An open-air lounge courtyard, designed for doing very little, very well

Ninety minutes, per person

Every guest in your party receives a signature 90-minute spa treatment. Not a shared package. Not a group session. One each.

Sport and Recreation

Court Club pickleball

A private pickleball competition at the Court Club. Friendly in theory. We make no promises about what happens by the final point.

DBL TRPL™

DBL TRPL™ is our short-course golf facility, and for your stay it is entirely yours. Premium clubs are provided. We will set up a custom tournament for your party, so that the rivalry has a scoreboard.

Lunch, because arriving hungry is no way to meet a resort. Dinner follows on the Troba Terrace.
Breakfast. Lunch. Then Troba, where a tasting menu will make a persuasive case for staying another night.
Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner is an outdoor grill. Open air, good produce, no dress code to speak of.
Even we can't make this complicated.
Breakfast. Lunch. Then the Court Club Party, which is also the reason Day 5 will begin slowly.
Plan accordingly. Or don't. We'll be watching.
A farewell breakfast. Then the airport, and a return to a world with other people in it.

The Culinary Journey

Five days of eating, planned by people who think about it more than is probably healthy.

WE USUALLY sell you a room and let you share the rest.

The Six is the other option.

For four nights and five days, Hotel Sebatikel closes to everyone but your party. Every suite, every path, every pool, every table. No other guests. No one in your lounge. No one at your tee.

It is designed for up to 22 people, ideally 18 adults and four children [Based on bed configuration, not a dislike for kids].

An epic party. A family that has outgrown the group chat. A founding team that needs to be somewhere without a meeting room. You bring the people. We hand over the keys, and the five hectares that come with them.

There are only six of these a year. We capped it on purpose. It keeps the place ours to host properly and yours to enjoy fully.

How It Works

1. Submit your request

Tell us your dates and your party. Submitting places an exclusive, no-obligation hold on your selected dates while our team reviews your itinerary.

2. We contact you within 72 hours

Our concierge team will be in touch within 72 hours to go through your party's requirements and approve your dates.

3. THEN IT’s OURS TO WORRY ABOUT

Dates approved, deposit secured. From there we handle the details, and we'll tell you what we need from you and when. Your only real decision is who gets the bunk beds.

Six a year. Which one is yours?

$192,500 for four nights, the whole resort, up to 22 guests. Request your dates and we'll hold them while we read your itinerary. There's no obligation, and nobody else is invited.
