A sunken lounge offers a place for conversation or to unwind, with a concealed television that appears only when needed - never competing with the room or the view. The large picture frame windows look east across the Exmouth Gulf, offering a front-row seat to sunrise - best enjoyed slowly, without needing to leave the suite. Or your bed.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and thoughtful. In addition to the main bedrooms, built-in bunk beds provide a discreet, comfortable option for children or small groups, without compromising the suite’s sense of space or quiet.
Bathrooms are anchored by a double shower in natural stone, while outside, a private outdoor shower extends the experience into the open air. The fixed windows seal out wind, insects and night noise - where they belong - while regulating temperature naturally, reducing reliance on air conditioning and maintaining a consistent sense of calm. Inside, muted materials, natural stone and soft tonal layers create an environment that allows the mind to exhale.
Built into the dune using rammed earth and passive house principles, each suite maintains natural comfort with minimal energy use. Powered by 100% renewable energy, featuring fresh-air heat recovery ventilation, efficient heat-pump hot water and recycled water systems. Guests who tread lightly are rewarded with resort credits.
